COMPACT PROJECTS

 

Compact modular projects are designed for small permitted sites to take advantage of existing buildings and utilities, legacy planning and permitting arrangements and local plastic waste management infrastructure. They incorporate manual and automatic separation processes, a washing and shredding line and a chemical recycling process.

 

The inputs into satellite sites are small to medium volume semi-sorted waste contracts (5-20MT/d) comprising or containing recyclable and residual (non-recyclable) waste plastic.

The outputs from satellite sites are sorted recyclables (plastic monoline streams and ancillary recyclable waste groups) plus a sustainable oil stock which has a growing market of oil and polymer producers committed to its use a substitute for fossil oil. It is not used to produce fuels.
